- Mushroom- 9-10 pieces
- Jeera – ½ table spoon
- Heeng- 1 chutki (pinche)
- Namak- swadanusar
- Hare matar ke daane- 1 cup
- Hari mirch- 1-2 pieces
- Adarak- 1 tukda
- Tamaatar- 2-3
- Tel- 2-3 table spoon
- Cream- ½ cup
- Hara dhaniya- baarik kata hua
- Kastoori methi- 1 table spoon
- Chhoti elaichi – 2
- Laung- 2-3
- Daalcheeni- 1 inch tukda
- Kaali mirch- 5-6
- Dhaniya powder- 1 table spoon
- Laal mirch- ¼ table spoon
- Haldi powder- ¼ table spoon
Vidhi
Mushroom ko achhe se dho kar kaat lein ( 3-4 tukdon mein).
Hari mirch aur tamaatar ko dho kar kaat lein. Tamaatar ko aap apne anusaar kaat sakte hain, agar aapko bade tukde sahi lagte hain to bada kaate warna chhota kaat lein. Ab adarak ko chheel kar dho lein. Ab sari cheej ko achhe se mila kar paste bana lein.
Ab elaichi ko chheel kar uske daane koot lein.
Ab kadhai mein tel garam karke heeng aur jeera daal kar bhunein.
Bhunne ke baad bana hua paste, haldi, dhaniya powder, saaboot masala aur methi daal kar bhoonein.
Sab ko mila kar tab tak bhune jab tak ye laal na ho jaye aur tel upar ko aa jaye. Ab bhune masala mein matar daal kar naram hone tak pakaein.
Ab isme cream daal kar sabzi ke ubalne tak pakayein
Ab jab sabzi ubal gayi hai to ab isme mushroom daal dein aur apne sabzi ke anusar paani daal lein. Ab isme namak aur sabzi masala daal kar 5-6 minute ak dhak kar dheemi aanch par pakayein.
Pakne ke baad isme hara dhaniya baarik se kaat kar daal dein
Aapka matar mushroom ban kar taiyar hai.
Ab ise aap chahe to roti ya chawal ke sath kha sakte hain.
