Pyaaz(onion)- 3-4(baarik kata hua)
Ginger and garlic paste- 2 table spoon
Elaich- 4-5
Laung- 4-5
tez patta- 2-3
Dahi- 1 cup
Daalcheeni- 2-3
Salt- swadanusar
Oil- 4 table spoon
Dhaniya powder- 2 table spoon
Garam masala- ½ table spoon
Laal mirch powder- 1 table spoon

sabse pehle kate hue chicken ke pieces ko ek patile mein daal kar achhe se dho lein. Ab ek kadhai mein pyaz ko thoda bhoon kar pees lein jisse uska paste ban jaye. Ab paste ko kisi bartan mein nikal kar dhak kar rakh dein. Ab kadhai mein tel daal dein aur garam hone ke baad usme elaichi, tez patta, daalcheeni aur laung daal kar thodi der bhun lein. Jab masala thoda bhun jaye to chicken ke pieces daal dein. Ab ise thodi der tak dheemi aanch par pakayein. Ab chicken ko ek plate mein nikal lein. Kadhai mei bache tel mein , dhaniya powder, ginger and garlic paste, adarak aur laal mirch powder thodi der pakaein, aur ab isme bhune hue chicken ko daal dein. Uske baad chicken mein pyaz a paste aur dahi daal kar achhe se mila lein aur dheemi aanch par 15-20 minutes tak pakayein. Ab apne anusar gravy ke liye paani daal dein. Ab isme garam masala aur chicken masala dal kar thodi der pakaein. Aapka laziz chicken korma ban kar taiyar hai. Ab ise paros kar iska anand lein.
