Space awareness ka matlab hota hai ke skill ko kha pe kea jae. Iske 3 bhag hote hai. Location, Direction, levels, pathways and extention.
Location: iske andar aata hai self space and general space. Ap apne dono hatho ko side se utha le aur ghumte hue aik circle banae. ye circle aapne apne self space me banaya hai. isi tarah agar agr apne apne hatho me hockey pakar rakha hai ya bat ya badminton to vo circle thoda aur bada hojaega aur vhi apka self space hoga.General space kehte hai apke khelna ke area ko jha apke siva aur bhi log mauzuud hote hai. Jyse ki agar ap cricket khel rhe hai to jha pe ap batting ker rhe hai aur drive kerte waqt apka bat jitna aage jasakta hai vo apka self space hai, baki pura cricket ground apka general space hota hai.
Direction: Direction kehte hai disha ko.
