Aaj kal tyohar ka mausam hai. Ghar par mehmaan aate hain. Aise mein apne mehmaan ko achha khilana sabki choice hoti hai. Aise mein mehmaano ke liye gajar ka halwa banana sabse saral hota hai. Ye ek aisi dish hai jise jaldi koi naa nahi bolte kyunki shayad hi koi honge jinhe ye pasand na ho.

Ingredients (samagri)
- gajar – 1 k.g (upyog anusar)
- chini-250 gram (1 1/4 cup )
- mewa -250 gram (1 cup )
- doodh – ½ litre
- deshi ghee – 1 table spoon
- kishmish – 12-15 gram
- kaaju – 12-15 gram (4-5 tukre karte hue kaat lijiye)
- Nariyal 1 table spoon ( kaddukash kia hua)
- Chhoti elaichi- 5-6 (chheel kar pees lijiye)
Vidhi
Bazaar se upyog anusar gajar le aayein. Dhyan rahe ki gajar laal ho aur jyada bada na ho. jyada bade hone par gajar jyada meethi nai hoti. Gajar lane ke baad use ache se dho lein. Dhone ke baad use sabzi chhilne wali chaku se chheel le. Chheelne ke baad use kaddukash kar lein.
Kaddukash kiye hue gajar ko kadhai mein daal kar dheemi aag par rakhiye. Phir isme doodh mila dijiye. Use ache se mila lijiye, usko naram hone taka ag par pakne dein. Ab aap ye soch rahe honge ki gajar pakne par pata kaise chalega . ye pata lagana bohot hi asaan hai. Jab gajar paka nai hota hai to wo kadak aur jyada laal nai hota kyunki kaddukash kane ke baad ye thoda feeka ho jata hai. Isiliye jab aap isme pani milakar pakaenge to ye dhire dhire naram hota jaega. aur jab ye pura naram ho jaye aur sookh jaye to samajh lo ye pak gaya.
Ab cheeni ko kadhai mein daal dein aur dhori der tak chalate rahein. Isse cheeni ache se ghul jaegi. Cheeni milane ke baad gajar ka ras nikalne lagega. Ab aap use har 2 minutes par chalatein rahein jab tak uska pura paani na sukh jaye. Gajar ka saara paani sukhne tak pakayein.
Pake hue gajar ko ek kadhai mein nikal lein. Ab mewa ko ek kadhai mein daal kar dheemi aag par bhoon lijiye aur use bhoonne ke baad us mewa ko ek cup mein nikal kar rakh lein.
Ab kadhai ko achhe se dho lein aur achhe se sukhne dein. Ab ghee ko garam kar ke pake hue gajar ko bhoon lein. Bhoonne ke baad kate hue kaajo ke tukde, kishmish aur mewa mila lein. Iske baad ise thodi der pakayein(4-5 mins). Phir achhe se pakne ke baad gas band kar lein. Gas band karne ke baad thodi der chhod dein. Ab elaichi ko achhe se pees lein. Peesi hui elaichi ko achhe se gajar ka halwa par il lein. Aapak halwa taiyar hai.
Ab gaar ke halwe ko ek sukhe hue katore mien nikal lein. Ab kaddukash kiye hue nariyal ko upar chhidak kar achhe se sazaa lein. Ab garama garam halwe ko katore mein paros lein. Ab mehmaano ke liye aapke paas bohot achhi dish hai. Garama garam halwa ab aap paros sakte hain.
Ab agar mehmaano ke jaane ke baad bhi aapka halwa bach gaya ho to ghabraein nai. Ise kisi band dabbe mein daal lein taaki uske andar hawa na jaye aur ise fridge mein daal lein.
Iski ek khas baat y bhi hai ki fridge mein rakha hua halwa aap 7 din tak kha sakte hain. Gajar ka halwa 7 din tak kharab nahi hota. Ise chaw se maje lekar aap kha sakte hain.
Sujhao swad anusar
Agar aapko mewa dalkar halwa pasand nai to koi badi baat nai. Ise bin mewa ke bhi bana sakte hain. Aur yadi aapko mewa pasand hai to apne swad anusar mewa daal sakte hain ya phir koi bhi mewa jo aapko pasand ho wo daal sakte hain.
Ab aap apne hath se bane hue halwe ka anand lein aur aasha karta hoon ki is article se aapka fayda hua hoga. Aage koi bhi pareshani ho to aap comment kar sakte hain ya agar aapki koi bhi ray ho sudhar karne ke liye to aap jarur comment karein. Hume apna mahtwapurna samy dene ke liye shadhanyawaad.
