- Phul gobhi sabut – 1.
- Aadrak ka paste – 1 chamach.
- Lahsun ka paste – 1 chamach.
- Garam masala – 1 chamach.
- Haldi – ½ chamach.
- Dahi – 1 katori.
- Namak – swad anusar.
- Ghee talne ke liye.
- Pyaaj ka paste – 3 chamach.
- Garam masala – 1 chamach.
- Aadrak lahsun ka paste – 1 chamach.
- Phadusk kiya hua naryal – 1 chamach.
- Kashmiri lal mirchi – ½ chamach.
- Sanait lal mirchi – swad anusar.
Ab aapko hum batayenge ke isi banate kaise hai
- Saari samagri ko ek baartan me lekar usme gobhi milakar aadhe ghante ke liye rakh denge.
- Kadahi ko gas par garam hone ke liye chadha denge. Jab kadahi garam ho jayega toh hum isme ghee garam kardenge. Isme sabut lal mirchi ka tadka lagakar mareint gobhi ko isme daal denge sab taraf se ulat kar gobhi bhunj lenge.
- Aab kadahi me pyaaj aur aadrak lahsun ka paste, mirchi powder, garamasala powder, naryal, namak dalkar Swad anusar gobhi ke chaaro taraf masala lappet denge. Kadahi ko dak denge aur rise dheemi aanjh par 10-15 minute tak pakaenge phir ise sarp karne ke liye plate me nikal kar krim ya garnish aur swar kar denge.
