Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Capsicum cubes 2
- Onions 2
- Raw onion paste 2
- Long chopped green chilies 4
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Sesame oil 1 tsp
- Roasted & crushed white cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Oil garam kare patile me, usme pyaag daale, Fry kare jub tak pyaz ka rang bhura na ho jaye, Ab mutton ke pieces usme daale, Ab Adrak aur lehsun ka paste daale isme aur chalaye.
- Jub Mutton ka paani sukh jaye, bhunte x 2, usme lal mirchdaale, for soya sauce daale, thoda sa vinegar, fir chili sauce and fir black pepper, thoda sa aur bhune aur uske upar Tamatar ka sauce daale.
- Ab Capsicum ko chote piece kat kar bhune alag patile me tel ke saath, usme hari mirch daale, ayr thoda sa pyaag. Fir in sab ko achche se bhuune.
- Fir use mutton me mila de.
- Ab sesame oil usme daale aur use bhaap me rakhe 5 minutes tak.
- Laziz mutton jalfrezi ab tayyar hai.
